Role Description The Resort Manager at BluSalzz Hotels & Resorts in Guwahati is a full-time, in office leadership role responsible for overseeing daily resort operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role includes managing front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to maintain high service standards, cleanliness, and safety. The Resort Manager will monitor guest satisfaction, handle escalated issues, and implement service improvements in line with brand standards. Responsibilities also include budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and coordination with sales and marketing to support occupancy and rate targets. The role involves supervising and mentoring team members, managing staffing and scheduling, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives for the property. Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns effectively.
- Experience in Wild Life Resort, including oversight of day-to-day resort operations and coordination across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis to support revenue and profitability goals.
- Proven experience in Hiring, training, and developing diverse teams, with effective people-management and coaching skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or resort management, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
