Job Title:Company Manager Sector: Construction Job description: The Company Manager will oversee daily operations with a strong focus on civil engineering projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and alignment with business objectives. The role requires both managerial expertise and technical knowledge in civil engineering.Key Responsibilities - Manage overall company operations, especially civil engineering projects - Plan, execute, and monitor construction/project activities - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders- Prepare project reports, budgets, and performance reviews - Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations - Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Lead and supervise project teams and office staff - Support business development and client management Required Qualifications- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) - Strong technical knowledge of construction and infrastructure projects - Proven experience in a managerial or project leadership role Skills&Competencies - Project management and execution - Leadership and team coordination - Knowledge of construction methods and materials - Budgeting and cost control - Problem-solving and decision-making - Communication and stakeholder management Preferred Experience - Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering projects- Experience in infrastructure, real estate, or construction industry Salary: Rs. 1,00,000 and Above Age Limit: Upto 50 #J-18808-Ljbffr
