Logistics Commercial Operations KPI’s Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end logistics commercial operations with timely coordination across plants, transporters, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and optimize transportation costs, freight analysis, and commercial efficiency to achieve budgeted logistics savings. Ensure timely freight processing, billing verification, and payment clearance with minimum discrepancies. Drive route optimization, T-zone management, and freight master updation for operational efficiency. Monitor transporter performance, vehicle placement, and service levels to ensure uninterrupted dispatch operations. Ensure timely creation and updation of SAP freight masters, route codes, and commercial data accuracy. Track and control logistics KPIs such as freight cost/MT, vehicle turnaround time, billing TAT, and claim settlement. Preparation of TLC/TDC and all Logistics service level KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, statutory norms, and contractual obligations. Resolve logistics commercial issues, disputes, and escalation cases within defined timelines. Prepare and present MIS reports, freight analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and operational dashboards for management review. Support monthly closing activities, accruals, NDC reconciliation, and commercial documentation.
