Role Description

This is a commission
- based remote role for a Global Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying prospective clients and markets, managing relationships with international buyers, and driving sales growth for export-ready brands. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring outstanding customer service to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Robust sales, business development, and client relationship management skills

Knowledge of international trade, export processes, and compliance requirements

Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and understanding global market trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work remotely, independently, and in cross-cultural environments

Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus

Prior experience in the export industry, especially in sustainable agriculture or related fields, is highly desirable
