Designer, InGrowExperience: 1 to 2 years Reports to: Founder
Small team. Exceptional talent only. Direct access to the founder, no design-by-committee, decisions in hours. You ship every week and own the full design surface. The bar is set by the work.
What we do InGrow launches revenue agents that work every deal: sourcing high-fit buyers, personalizing follow-up, and converting pipeline into revenue, all powered by your best rep's playbook. Live in production with paying customers.
Who we want Someone obsessed with the user. You hear one sentence on a call and draw three versions of the fix before the day ends. You think in two layers at once: what the user is really trying to do, and how to make the screen feel obvious. Research and visual craft are the same loop to you.
You have taste, opinions, and the humility to drop them when the data says otherwise.
What you'll do
- Sit on customer calls. Watch users. Turn it into design decisions.
- Run lightweight research and turn it into direction.
- Design flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect screens in Figma. Own the design system.
- Prototype so we kill bad ideas early.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering through build.
- Push back when the design isn't right. On anyone.
- Learn the product, customer, and category without being told.
What you need
- Research instinct. Show us a design you changed because of a user.
- 1 to 2 years of UI/UX experience.
- Prior SaaS product as your core role. B2B daily-use is a strong plus.
- Portfolio with real product work: flows, decisions, before/after. Not dribbble shots.
- Solid Figma. You can build and run a design system.
- Visual taste. You notice 2px off.
- Clear writing.
Bonus
- Shipped something end-to-end that people use.
- Worked on AI, agent UX, or data-heavy tools.
- You write or post about product and design.
