Training Manager (Guwahati)

We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Training for KFC, supporting the East Market, to lead end-to-end training and capability development across the region. The role will focus on aligning learning initiatives with business and operations KPIs while building a strong leadership pipeline. The position will be based out of Guwahati.

Role Summary Lead end-to-end training and capability development across the East Market, ensuring alignment of learning initiatives with business and operational KPIs, while building leadership bench strength and a robust succession pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Training Execution
- Plan, coordinate & conduct Recent Hire training programs
- Ensure timely execution of New Product / Launch trainings
- Execute Management Trainee & MUT (Manager Under Training) programs
- Conduct behavioral, soft skills & managerial capability sessions
- Plan & conduct Board of Reviews (TM–AC levels)

Managerial Capability & Bench Planning
- Build and strengthen managerial training frameworks
- Develop, review & track IDPs (Individual Development Plans)
- Manage regional bench plan & succession roadmap
- Identify & certify internal teams for New Store Openings

Performance & Effectiveness
- Track training effectiveness & productivity impact
- Maintain training database & periodic reviews with COO/MMs
- Conduct store visits to review OPS KPIs, Food Safety & Brand Standards
- Perform root cause analysis & manage escalations
- Ensure timely gap closure post training reviews

Content Development & Innovation
- Design training workbooks, decks, quizzes & learning capsules
- Create engaging training nuggets using Canva, QR codes, etc.
- Manage Ops tests & share structured feedback
- Support process & product enhancement initiatives

Business & Culture Integration
- Align training initiatives with business objectives
- Drive Business Impact Trainings (BITs) to improve KPIs
- Support seamless execution of marketing offers & NPD rollouts
