Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security Field Operation Executive (Field Officer) to oversee daily field operations, manage client relations, and ensure high service standards in our security personnel deployments. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day field operations
- Ensure deployment and attendance of security guards as per client requirements
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and discipline
- Handle client complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain daily reports and documentation
- Assist in recruitment and training of guards
