Hardware Support: Assemble, install, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Diagnose hardware failures, replace damaged components (e.g., RAM, hard drives, motherboards), and conduct routine repairs. Network Administration: Set up and configure network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling. Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity issues, and manage user accounts and access permissions. Software & System Maintenance: Install operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS), configure software applications, and deploy security patches and antivirus updates.
