CNC sliding operator (Rai)

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled CNC Sliding Head Operator with experience in operating 9 Axis Sliding Head Machines using Siemens Control systems. The candidate should have solid knowledge of machine operation, tooling, offsets, drawing interpretation, and precision machining. Key Responsibilities
- Operate 9 Axis CNC Sliding Head Machines efficiently
- Handle Siemens Control systems for machine operation
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments
- Load raw material and monitor machining processes
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments
- Change tools and inserts as required
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices
- Coordinate with programmers, quality, and production teams
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards Required Skills
- Experience in CNC Sliding Head machine operation
- Knowledge of Siemens Control systems
- Understanding of:
- 9 Axis machining operations
- Tool offset setting
- Cutting parameters and tooling selection
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of measuring instruments:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling knowledge Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field Experience
- Preferred Experience: 2–6 Years
- Experience on Sliding Head / Swiss Type CNC Machines preferred Working Hours-: 12hrs Salary As per experience and company standards. Additional Requirements
