Warranty Manager Gwalior

Warranty manager, is responsible for effective warranty management process, reduced rejections, faster TATs, regular reporting & warranty administration. In this function, Warranty manager ensures that the dealerships strategic and operational goals are met as well as OEM policy & guidelines are implemented & followed rigorously. Investigation of warranty claims Update the vehicle details for e.g.
- vehicle registration date, warranty validation date, terms and conditions of warranty Check the warranty. Ensuring that warranty repair is applicable only in case of regular maintenance of vehicle as per the specified time limit. Confirm the proper diagnosis is done for the warranty process. Check the documents related customer complaint
- workshop diagnosis and other supportive documents Maintain proper record of all warranty documents and producing as and when required. Liaising with OEM Ensure that warranty issues are reported timely Submission of the repair claims to OEM within the specified time limit. Reconciliation of claims within the specified time limit. Proper packing & timely dispatch of warranty material. Coordination with respective ASFM for defective part scrapping.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
