We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions within clinical operations and life sciences environments. You will be working FULL TIME REMOTELY in this role. You will partner with one of the world’s leading life sciences organizations to manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical strategy, compliance requirements, and execution milestones. You will work closely with engineering, product, clinical operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI initiatives in regulated enterprise environments. The ideal candidate combines robust technical expertise with proven project management capabilities and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You should be comfortable driving complex AI programs from initiation through production deployment while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Gen AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, cloud, and intelligent automation initiatives Manage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, full-stack engineers, Gen AI engineers, data scientists, Dev Ops, QA, UI/UX, clinical operations, and compliance stakeholders Drive project execution using Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical architecture, compliance standards, and delivery goals Track project health through sprint metrics, release management, risk assessments, and delivery reporting Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m362a
