Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Sliding Head Operator with experience in operating 9 Axis Sliding Head Machines using Siemens Control systems. The candidate should have solid knowledge of machine operation, tooling, offsets, drawing interpretation, and precision machining.

Key Responsibilities Operate 9 Axis CNC Sliding Head Machines efficiently Handle Siemens Control systems for machine operation Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments Load raw material and monitor machining processes Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments Change tools and inserts as required Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices Coordinate with programmers, quality, and production teams Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills

Experience in CNC Sliding Head machine operation Knowledge of Siemens Control systems Understanding of: 9 Axis machining operations Tool offset setting Cutting parameters and tooling selection Ability to read technical drawings Knowledge of measuring instruments: Vernier Caliper Micrometer Height Gauge Dial Gauge Basic troubleshooting and machine handling knowledge

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

Experience

Preferred Experience: 2–6 Years Experience on Sliding Head / Swiss Type CNC Machines preferred

Working Hours-: 12hrs

Salary

As per experience and company standards.
