- Connect and collaborate with schools, colleges, Ed Tech companies, and educational institutions for placement opportunities. Organize free workshops/webinars for schools and colleges to build institutional relationships. Coordinate with senior leadership of schools and educational institutions. Review participants’ CVs and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Conduct the first round of interviews to brief candidates about the role and assess as per the and shortlist suitable profiles. Follow up & coordinate between institutions and learners to ensure a smooth placement process. Conduct sessions for learners to guide on how to prepare an effective resume. Maintain records of candidate progress, interviews, and placement activities Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Placement / B2 B Partnerships in an educational institution. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented. Ability to evaluate CVs and conduct screening interviews effectively
- Capable of independently taking sessions on resume preparation and interview readiness Work Details
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
