Job Overview
Sachiva Web & Security is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Telecaller to handle company-provided leads and convert them into business opportunities for Website Development, Software Development, and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships over calls.
Key Responsibilities Call potential clients from the company-provided leads database Explain services such as: Website Development Software Development Digital Marketing Solutions Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions Convert leads into confirmed business opportunities Maintain proper follow-up with interested prospects Update daily call reports and lead status Coordinate with the technical/sales team when required Achieve monthly conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications Valuable communication skills Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided) Confidence in handling client conversations Ability to convince and negotiate with customers Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, WhatsApp/email follow-ups) Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling (preferred) Interest in IT services sales Ability to handle objections professionally Strong follow-up skills
