HIS Implementation Specialist (Gwalior)

Role & responsibilities
- System Configuration: Set up system masters and configure role-based user hierarchies and access controls.
- Workflow Mapping: Analyze existing hospital workflows and map them into the HIS to ensure seamless day-to-day clinical, billing operations.
- Data Migration: Manage the transfer, validation, and mapping of data into the recent HIS.
- Training & Onboarding: Conduct training sessions for end-users and create specialized documentation for each client.
- Testing : Perform functional and integration testing,
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide continuous user support, troubleshoot system errors, and identify areas for system enhancements based on user feedback. Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in HIS/HMS deployment, clinical system administration, or healthcare IT project management.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL database management, data mapping, basicknowledge of Hardware/Software management.
- Healthcare Acumen: understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and medical billing standards.
