VMC Programmer (Rai)

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer with experience in SolidCAM software for creating and optimizing programs for 3 Axis and 5 Axis VMC machines. The candidate should have strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, CAD/CAM programming, and production coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs using SolidCAM software
- Develop and optimize programs for:
- 3 Axis VMC Machines
- 5 Axis VMC Machines
- Read and understand engineering drawings and 3D models
- Select suitable cutting tools, tool paths, and machining strategies
- Generate accurate and efficient machining programs
- Coordinate with machine operators and production teams during trials
- Reduce cycle time and improve machining efficiency
- Handle program corrections and modifications as required
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality
- Support troubleshooting related to machining and programming Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of:
- SolidCAM
- CNC Programming
- 3 Axis Machining
- 5 Axis Machining
- Experience with VMC machine programming
- Understanding of:
- Tooling selection
- Cutting parameters
- Fixture concepts
- Machining strategies
- Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls preferred
- Knowledge of production and machining processes Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- CAD/CAM certification preferred Experience
- Preferred Experience: 3–8 Years
- Experience in Tool Room / Precision Machining Industry preferred Software Knowledge
- SolidCAM
- AutoCAD / SolidWorks (Preferred)
- Basic CAD/CAM software handling Working Hours:-10 hrs. Salary As per experience and company standards. Additional Requirements

- Ability to handle machine trials independently
- Coordination with production, quality, and tool room teams
- Responsible and disciplined work approach
- Knowledge of high-precision machining preferred Pay: ₹35,000.00
