The Supply Operations function is a key element of the company’s model, and broadly includes:Aggregation DepotsWarehouse NetworkManaged Biofuel Processing PlantsThe company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.Responsibilities:Supervise the daily production/operation of activities of briquetting/pellets plant.Manage warehouse operations, inflow/outflow of RM/FGs, and maintain accurate stock records.Monitor briquetting and pelletizing machines, ensuring optimal performance.To ensure and maintain Quality Control for inward & Outward raw materials and finish goods.To ensure Quality control and Assurance for Customer satisfaction.Maintain the records of daily production on Online Planform.Plan and execute seasonal procurement and material dispatch in coordination with the operations team.Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction (WI ), Policy for plant and warehouse operations.Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards within the plant/Warehouse premises.Prepare and maintain MIS reports including production, inventory, and dispatch status.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Should be ready to work in shifts Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lpxsf
