Production Line Supervisor (Uruli Kanchan)

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
- Carton Making Factory We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes while guiding and motivating our team to meet quality and efficiency targets. - Seting daily production targets and communicating effectively to all employees
- Organizing workflow by optimizing resource allocation
- Monitoring process closely and troubleshoot problems immideately
- Ensure quality standards are met for every production run Required Qualification and Skills,
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in production (freshers will also be considered)
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have knowledge of MS Excell for data entry and report making purposes
- Problem Solving Skills
- Basic understanding of machinery and their working The company operates from 8 am to 8:30 pm (12 hr shift) with one 30 min lunch break and two short 10 min breaks for tea and evening snacks. Only Daytime work (1 shift), Thursday Weekly Off Other Benifits include PF, ESI, tea and evening snacks. Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00
