Production Supervisor (Supe)

Production supervisor Feed Mill Full To ensure effective implementation of quality assurance systems in the feed mill by monitoring raw materials, production processes, and finished products, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. 1. Raw Material Quality Assurance
- Supervise inspection and sampling of incoming raw materials
- Verify quality parameters before material acceptance
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors on quality deviations 2. Process Quality Control
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) during batching, mixing, pelleting, and packing
- Ensure adherence to formulation and production standards
- Identify process deviations and initiate corrective actions 3. Finished Goods Quality
- Ensure testing and release of finished feed products
- Approve or hold/reject finished goods based on results 4. Documentation & MIS
- Maintain batch records,
- Prepare daily/weekly report 5. Team Coordination
