Machine Operator (Hadapsar)

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform lapping and finishing of components as per drawings and work instructions.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.
- Check finished components to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Maintain records of completed work and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle lapping machines, tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments carefully.
- Follow all safety rules, company policies, and quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Report any defects, machine problems, or process issues to the supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement activities in the production process. Required Skills:
- Experience in lapping and precision finishing operations.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of surface finish, flatness, and dimensional accuracy.
- Familiarity with quality checks and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices. Pay: ₹20,000.00
