Engineer - Technical Product Design (Hadapsar)

**What you'll do:** The main focus will be development of 3D models and 2D drawings of components , sub-assemblies and assemblies to support NPI , Sustaining and NTI projects. Mentoring current PLC team membor for Enovia and PLC work. Drive automations and AI mindset in the team. "1. Must have good understanding of mechanical engg concepts and CAD drawings + 3D models of electrical and mechanical components. 2. Good knowledge of CAD tools
- UG NX, Creo parametric, Solidworks, Creo direct and PLM system (Enovia) 3. Will be working along with product engineers to understand the design process, translate that into project proposals and implement to improve productivity 4. Will be required to achieve tangaible outcome within the stiplulated time and with high quality 5. Will be responsible for driving AI and automation mindset across cross functional teams 6. Will be responsible for design and development, DFMEA, Prototype building, and Testing activities for small components for NPD Products and projects. 7. Basic knowledge of languages
- python, MATLAB, VBA" **Qualifications:** B.E. Mechancial/ Electrical 3 to 5 **Skills:** "1. Experience in electro-mechanical product design and manufacturing processes. 2. Hands on experience on any CAD software, should have worked on parametric modeling, drawing detailing & Assembly build up (UGNX/Solidworks/Creo Parametric software experience will be an advantage). 3. Understanding of any Product lifecycle management tool like Enovia, Windchill etc. (Enovia exp. is desirable) 4. Understanding of automations, AI-powered tools and algorithms 5. Experience in plastic part & sheet metal part design. Awareness of plastic part, sheet metal manufacturing processes. 6.
