Manager Accounts & Finance Rudrapur

Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards. Monitor general ledger, receivables, payables, fixed assets, and inventory accounting. Finalize accounts and coordinate with auditors for statutory audits.

Budgeting & Financial Planning Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Analyze budget variances and provide management reports. Support management in financial decision-making and cost optimization.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. Coordinate filing of statutory returns within timelines. Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and auditors.

Treasury & Banking Manage banking operations, working capital, and cash flow planning. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for limits, loans, and documentation. Monitor fund utilization and optimize cash management.

Costing & MIS Prepare MIS reports for management review. Monitor product costing, margins, and operational expenses. Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

Internal Controls & Audit Implement and monitor internal financial controls. Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and cost audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Management Lead and supervise finance and accounts team members. Develop processes for effective financial operations. Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management. Experience in manufacturing industry preferred. Valuable analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Qualification CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com

Experience 8–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
