A bachelor's degree B.Com with 2+ years experience. Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk Knowledge of basic book keeping procedures Familiarity with finance regulations Invoicing, GST returns/ Eway Bills Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Busy / Tally) Organization skills Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Valuable team development and leadership skills. Computer literacy. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. The ability to multitask, work in a rapid-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
