Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Haridwar. The Relationship Manager will oversee building and maintaining solid client relationships by addressing their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding their risks, suggesting appropriate insurance products, and assisting in policy renewals and claim processes. The role also involves achieving individual and team sales targets and actively collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
