Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook based in Haridwar. The Line Cook will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and plating meals in accordance with established recipes and guidelines. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper food handling and sanitation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely execution of orders. The Line Cook will also contribute ideas to improve menu offerings and maintain quality and consistency in all dishes served.
Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and handling ingredients for a variety of cuisines. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, and sanitation standards, with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Proven ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and maintain organizational skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Solid teamwork skills and adaptability to collaborate with kitchen staff under high-pressure situations. Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation standards. Culinary training or certification is preferred but not mandatory; prior experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
