Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Housekeeping Associate, located in Haridwar. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and public spaces, handling laundry duties, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a high standard of hygiene across the premises. Additional responsibilities include assisting guests with their needs, coordinating with other team members, and ensuring a welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laundry and maintaining cleanliness standards

Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain order

Ability to train and guide team members to maintain quality standards

Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude
