GM- Operations (Haridwar)

Job Role GM Operations of the hospital is a primary leadership role and is responsible for effective day to day functioning on the Hospital, including its Financials, Sales, effective Patient Care in IPD & OPD, smooth functioning of all Clinical/Non-Clinical Operations, Facilities and for the motivation and wellbeing of all the staff at the Hospital. Duties and responsibilities
- To Lead and manage all operations of the hospital
- To be responsible for the achievement of operational targets and maintain healthy Budget Vs Actual for the Hospital.
- He will ensure cost control in all operations.
- To lead teams in achievement of Capacity utilization targets by effective utilization and mapping of outreach efforts, to ensure full coverage of territory and channels.
- To Monitor and Coordinate Patient Care and Infection controls, through IPD/OPD/Patient Care (Front Office) functions.
- To supervise & lead facilities function, to ensure standards of the Hospital upkeep & services are met at all times.
- Facilitate highest level of asset/outlet utilization of diagnostics/labs and ensuring highest up-time of the machines and sufficient manpower.
- To be responsible for and manage local risk factors, such as compliances, and liaison with local authorities for smooth hospital operations.
