Key Responsibilities: ✔ Deliver hands-on training on CNC Turning & Milling Machines ✔ Train learners on Programming, Setting & Machine Operations ✔ Teach G-code, M-code, canned cycles, tool setting & job setting ✔ Conduct sessions on engineering drawings & GD&T; interpretation ✔ Guide trainees on machining processes & cutting tool technology ✔ Support learners with CNC program optimization & cycle time reduction ✔ Develop training content, assignments & practical exercises ✔ Ensure safe machine operatio & workshop discipline ???? We’re Looking For Someone Who: ✅ Has strong experience in CNC Turning & Milling operations ✅ Has experience in Mastercam, Solidworks, etc ✅ Is proficient with HAAS / Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi Controllers ✅ Understands machining processes, tooling & programming concepts ✅ Has knowledge of GD&T; & engineering drawings ✅ Has excellent communication & training skills ✅ Is passionate about teaching & skill development ????
