Compensation: Upto ₹6 Lakhs Per Annum (Monthly 50,000) CTC

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sunday off)

Job Purpose

GoGoal Hydro is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented skilled to take full ownership of the Tendering Department. The primary goal is to address the current lack of accountability and technical oversight that has led to significant financial losses. The Tender Manager will act as the department custodian, ensuring that every bid is commercially viable and technically accurate.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: Minimum 15 years in Tendering and Estimation. Out of 15 years, minimum 10years experience should be in tendering only.

· Sector Expertise: Particular experience in the Hydro Power or Electro-Mechanical (E&M;) sector will be a plus.

· Accountability: Proven ability to take 100% ownership of tender requirements to prevent financial errors and losses.

· Forecasting: Skill in monitoring active tenders and forecasting upcoming wins (e.g., L1 status) to allow for proactive procurement and cash flow planning.

· Leadership: A "firm-but-fair" style capable of institutionalizing regular project review meetings and maintaining strict office discipline.

· Qualifications: Graduation in Engineering (Mechanical).

· Commercial Knowledge: Expert knowledge in analyzing complex technical specifications, bank guarantees, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities Search, download, and study tenders relevant to GoGoal Hydro

Maintain organized tender files (physical and digital)

Prepare and upload bids as per tender requirements

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Shipping departments to get estimates and inputs for tender preparation

Ensure technical accuracy and commercial viability of every bid

Take complete responsibility for the tendering process

Identify and mitigate risks associated with tendering

Continuously improve tendering processes and documentation

Pay: ₹40,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
