Housekeeping Supervisor (Haridwar)

Core Responsibilities
- Team Management: Assign daily cleaning duties to room attendants and floor staff. Create, adjust, and manage staff shift schedules.
- Quality Inspections: Routinely inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
- Training & Development: Orient and train current housekeeping staff on proper cleaning chemicals, equipment, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Reorder stock as needed to maintain adequate par levels.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for guest complaints regarding housekeeping services, ensuring immediate corrective action.
- Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, plumbing leaks) to the maintenance department for prompt repair. Pay: ₹18,000.00
