Our creative team plays a key role in building trust and awareness by transforming patient insights, medical expertise, and research into impactful video content—especially on YouTube.Experience Required 3–6 years in video content creation and editing Prior experience as a Video Editor is mandatory Experience leading or mentoring a creative team is preferred Role Overview We are looking for a creative, research-driven leader who can shape and execute our YouTube content strategy. This rolerequires deep understanding of audience behavior, patient data, and storytelling, along with the ability to guide editors and creators to deliver high-quality, engaging videos.Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and guide the in-house creative and editing team Research YouTube trends, patient queries, and data to plan content Analyze patient data and insights to identify impactful video topics Review scripts, edits, thumbnails, and final video outputs Guide editors on storytelling, pacing, hooks, and quality standardsDrive creative ideation to improve reach, engagement, and retention Ensure brand consistency and content accuracy Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams Required Skills&Qualifications Strong knowledge of YouTube strategy, trends, and performance metrics Hands-on expertise with video editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects, etc.) Strong research, storytelling, and content-planning skills Ability to convert data and insights into engaging video formatsProven leadership and team-handling capabilities Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or educational content Understanding of YouTube analytics and audience behavior Script ideation and thumbnail optimization experience Skills: video,youtube,clinic,storytelling,aesthetics,editing
