Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated LED Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the LED assembly line. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage end-to-end LED assembly production processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the defined time lines.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and team supervision.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and daily performance tracking.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in LED assembly / production management.
- Solid knowledge of LED manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability (your en-light skill interpreted as decision-making & process understanding).
- Ability to handle production pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools is preferred. Education:
