Group Leader- Service and Maintenance (Supervisor) Your main responsibilities Job Summary : The primary purpose of the role is to manage and direct a team of technical experts in maintaining and troubleshooting existing installations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilites :
- Lead and direct a team of technical experts, ensuring that elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed and upgraded to the highest technical standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Provide in-depth technical guidance in office to resolve complex issues, coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely resolution and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Oversee and conduct thorough inspections and testing of installations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and identifying areas for continuous improvement, thereby reducing the likelihood of future issues.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment by regularly engaging with team members, facilitating effective communication and the dissemination of technical knowledge and best practices.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure projects are executed smoothly, meeting all contractual and regulatory obligations and financial steering.
- Represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners, demonstrating deep expertise and ensuring the company''s standards and values are upheld. What you bring Qualification:Diploma / B.E Professional Experience :
- 4
- 6 years experience in elevator or similar industry
- Exposure to the Service Business
