As a Customer Support Associate (Voice Process), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries efficiently. 5 days Working : 2 days rotational shifts and off Noida : Work from office Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product/service information and support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment. Skills and Qualifications
- Positive verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Immediate joiners are required.
- Graduation is required.
- Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
- Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
