Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC systems for industrial buildings
- Execute load calculations, equipment selection, and system design
- Design and plan clean rooms (e.g., semiconductor/industrial applications)
- Ensure compliance with energy standards and regulations
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and plans
- Lead projects and manage complex HVAC systems Preferred candidate profile Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Certification or solid experience in Revit / BIM preferred
- Minimum 4+ years in HVAC design for industrial projects Required Skills
- Software: AutoCAD, HAP, Revit
- Strong expertise in: HVAC system design & planning, Clean room design
- BIM/MEP coordination
- Energy modeling & load calculations
