Maintenance Manager (Uttar Pradesh)

Key Responsibilities 1. Plant & Equipment Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance of all factory machinery and equipment including:
- CNC machines
- Welding machines
- Galvanizing plant equipment
- Rolling & punching machines
- Cranes, compressors, and utility systems
- Ensure maximum uptime and machine reliability
- Monitor breakdown maintenance and ensure quick resolution 2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown analysis, and equipment history
- Reduce downtime through predictive maintenance practices
- Ensure periodic inspection and servicing of equipment 3. Utility & Infrastructure Management
- Manage factory utilities including:
- Electrical systems
- DG sets
- Air compressors
- Water systems
- Material handling equipment
- Ensure smooth operation of plant infrastructure and utilities 4. Team Management
- Lead and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, and electricians
- Allocate maintenance tasks and monitor team performance
- Conduct technical training and skill development programs 5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
- Maintain adherence to electrical and mechanical safety practices
- Coordinate audits related to maintenance and safety systems 6. Spare Parts & Inventory Control
- Monitor availability of critical spare parts and consumables
- Coordinate with procurement/store teams for timely material availability
- Optimize maintenance inventory and reduce operational costs 7. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and energy optimization
- Implement cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives
- Support automation and modernization projects Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Experience in heavy fabrication/manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems
- Team handling and leadership capability Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 8 to 15 years of experience in plant maintenance within manufacturing industry
