Logistic Coordinator (Uttar Pradesh)

Job Title: Logistic Coordinator Experience: Minimum 4 Years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Logistic Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, vendor negotiation, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of procurement to delivery processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics, and delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop current vendors (transport) to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Lead vendor negotiations for pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service level agreements.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely supply and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for smooth dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Track shipments and resolve supply chain bottlenecks proactively.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate supply chain documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, warehouse) for seamless coordination. Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistic coordination or related role.
- Strong experience in vendor development and vendor negotiation.
- Hands-on experience in logistics coordination and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and handle pressure situations. Preferred Skills:
- Strong commercial understanding and cost control mindset.
- Ability to plan strategically and execute operationally.
- Experience in managing pan-India logistic operation (preferred).
