Maintenance Manager Uttar Pradesh

Role & responsibilities :

Plant Maintenance & Machinery:

Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of all footwear manufacturing machines.

Ensure smooth functioning of cutting, stitching, lasting, and finishing machines.

Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Utilities Management:

Handle and monitor all plant utilities including air compressors, electrical systems, and water systems.

Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant).

Supervise and maintain solar panel systems for energy efficiency.

Electrical Systems:

Monitor electrical supply, load distribution, and control panels.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Coordinate with external vendors for major electrical works if required.

Preventive Maintenance Planning:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment history records.

Team Management:

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and electricians.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.

Vendor & Spare Management:

Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance consumables.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement and servicing.

Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (CFTI preferred)

Experience: 5 to 10 years in maintenance within footwear manufacturing industry

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of footwear plant machinery

Hands-on experience with compressors, STP, and solar systems

Robust understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting
