Supply Chain Executive Location: Work From Office | Noida | 6 Days Working Role Summary The Supply Chain Executive will act as the execution backbone of day-to-day operations across inventory, dispatch, logistics, and vendor coordination. This role combines:
- Inventory control
- Order processing & dispatch execution
- Vendor & transporter coordination
- ERP-based data management
- Cross-functional alignment This is not a passive coordination role. It is a high-ownership execution role. Role Objective To ensure smooth, accurate, and timely movement of goods from production to customer by maintaining tight control over inventory, dispatch, and coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP (ERPNext preferred)
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of fast-moving SKUs
- Coordinate with production for timely replenishment
- Identify slow-moving and dead stock and escalate proactively
- Ensure proper stock segregation and physical vs system accuracy 2. Order Processing & Dispatch Execution
- Process sales orders with accuracy and speed
- Plan daily dispatches based on priority and availability
- Ensure timely invoicing, e-way bills, and documentation
- Coordinate packing and loading with warehouse team
- Ensure zero dispatch errors (wrong item / quantity / documentation) 3. Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters for pickup and delivery timelines
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve delays, damages, and logistics issues
- Optimize freight cost through basic negotiation and planning 4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain real-time updates in ERP system
- Generate daily dispatch, inventory, and order status reports
- Ensure zero data mismatch between physical and system stock
- Highlight operational bottlenecks through data 5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Production, and Accounts teams
- Align dispatch with credit limits and payment status
- Ensure clear communication between departments
