We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee Finance for candidates with an MBA in Finance. This role offers hands-on exposure to core finance functions including credit, risk management, accounting, and business operations within an NBFC workplace. It is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with minimal experience to build a solid foundation in financial services.
Key Responsibilities Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and perform financial analysis
Support credit appraisal processes and risk assessment
Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform reconciliations
Analyze financial data to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Work on process improvements using advanced Excel tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related initiatives
Eligibility Criteria MBA in Finance
0–1 year of experience (internships considered)
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting) Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Quick learner with adaptability in a rapid-paced environment
