The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our company.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills (any language), a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Graduate
- Freshers to 2 years' experience
- Good Listener
- Knowledge of Hindi/English
- Should be comfortable for Rotational Shifts/ Weekly Offs
- Knowledge of MS Office such as Word and Excel
