We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team for credit card sales As a Telecaller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers explaining the features and benefits of various credit card products and persuading them to apply A fixed salary is offered with the chance to earn additional incentives based on performance Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database Explain credit card features benefits eligibility criteria and offers Handle customer queries professionally and courteously Follow up with interested customers and complete the application process Maintain accurate records of calls leads and conversions Meet daily weekly monthly sales targets as assigned by the team leader Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines during calls Requirements Minimum 12th pass Graduation preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Basic computer knowledge MS Office data entry Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred but not mandatory Language Proficiency in English Hindi Regional Language
