We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive to join our Customer Service team at Rail Inland Terminals in Modinagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with rail and inland terminals.

Roles and Responsibility Manage and coordinate customer service operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints. Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall customer experience. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures. Train and guide junior staff members on customer service best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure customer service effectiveness.

Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the rail or inland terminal industry. Solid knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is an asset.
