We at Coforge are hiring P&C; Insurance Project Manager for Greater Noida location.

Job Description:

Manage end-to-end project delivery of software initiatives using Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, SQL Server, Power Platform).

Candidate should have experience working on fixed‑price projects & Managed Services.

Collaborate with business stakeholders in the P&C; Insurance domain to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.

Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of insurance applications (policy, billing, claims, etc.)

Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy norms, and regulatory requirements.

Drive integration efforts with third‑party systems such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, and other InsurTech platforms.

Monitor project KPIs, risks, and budgets, and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the P&C; Insurance domain.

Solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack: .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure Services, SQL Server, Power BI & Power Platform.

Must have a positive experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines & Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with insurance platforms such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, or similar systems.
