Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in an operating theater workplace. Possess robust knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols. Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions is essential. Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in operating theaters is required.
