- Execute daily HR/Payroll/Benefits operational tasks with high accuracy and urgency
- Manage SLA-driven deliverables and prioritize tasks in timebound environments
- Prepare and maintain client-facing documentation, trackers, and reports
- Handle audit-sensitive workflows with strict process adherence and traceability
- Draft and respond to professional client and internal communications
- Work independently post-training with minimal supervision
- Identify risks, flag issues proactively, and ensure delivery continuity Mandatory Skills & Competencies
- Experience in TBA (total benefit administration) tool
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Proficiency in Outlook and MS Word
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow SOPs accurately
- Basic math & aptitude skills (percentages, SLA calculations, volumes)
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution maturity
- Ability to work in client-visible and audit-regulated environments Experience & Background Requirements
- 1- 4 years of relevant experience only (strict requirement)
- Experience in process-mature, SLA-driven environments
- Prior exposure to:
- Payroll Operations
- Benefits Administration
- HR Operations / HRO
- BPM / Managed Services
- Insurance or BFS back-office operations
- Experience handling client deliverables, documentation, or audits is strongly preferred. Interested candidates can also share their resume at with following details 1.
