Warehouse Incharge (Uttar Pradesh)

Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assembly store
- Maintain accurate records of inventory (raw materials, components, finished/semi-finished goods)
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to the assembly line as per production requirements
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Maintain proper storage conditions and organization of materials
- Track material movement and update inventory systems (ERP/manual)
- Minimize material wastage, damage, and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards (5S)
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in assembly or production stores
- Understanding of Lean, 5S, and warehouse best practices Working Conditions:
- Factory/warehouse setting
- May involve lifting materials and standing for extended periods
