Logistics Manager (Uttar Pradesh)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage export and import shipments under EOU, DTA, and DSIR, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Prepare and verify export and domestic documentation including invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and EOU-related documents such as B-17 Bond, QPR, and APR.
- Coordinate with CHAs and freight forwarders for freight quotations, transportation arrangements, and smooth customs clearance.
- Handle documentation for Advance License opening and closing with timely submission and compliance.
- Verify checklists for BOE and shipping bills, coordinate DO issuance and follow up with finance on duty payments to avoid clearance delays.
- Arrange transportation, including temperature-controlled shipments, ensuring cost-effective and efficient delivery.
- Manage post-clearance documentation and coordinate with finance for timely payment processing.
- Handle vendor and service provider invoicescourier, transporter, and CHA—ensuring accurate posting in SAP.
- Create sales orders and coordinate dispatches as per customer and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update MIS reports for EOU bond registers, import/export transactions, Advance Licenses, and DSIR activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage service agreements with CHAs, freight forwarders, couriers, transporters, and consultants for optimal logistics performance.
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth, compliant trade operations. Requirements:
- Expertise in handling global export and import operations under EOU, DTA, and DSIR norms.
- Strong knowledge of trade documentation, logistics coordination, and financial processes related to customs and shipping.
- Proficiency in SAP, MIS reporting, and regulatory documentation.
- Effective coordination and communication skills to work across departments and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills to prevent delays and ensure productive execution. Preferred Attributes:
