Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Stores, Inventory & Process Excellence Location: Gr. Noida Factory Site Reporting To: Operational Head Role Purpose We are looking for a strong execution-oriented skilled to manage and streamline Stores (RM, PM, and Warehouse) operations for a high-consumption manufacturing unit (13 production lines). The role requires ownership of end-to-end inventory processes, ensuring smooth execution in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and driving discipline across all functions from PR to PO to consumption. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Stores & Inventory Management
* Manage daily operations of RM, PM, and Warehouse stores.
* Ensure accurate inventory control, stock visibility, and material availability.
* Handle high-volume material movement and consumption efficiently.
* Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and control excess inventory. 2. Process Execution (PR to PO Cycle)
* Execute and monitor the full cycle: PR Approval PO GRN Issue Consumption
* Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the system.
* Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth material flow.
* Resolve delays, mismatches, and process gaps proactively. 3. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP Execution)
* Ensure day-to-day system usage and data accuracy in Dynamics 365.
* Drive strict adherence to digital processes, minimizing manual work.
* Support troubleshooting and ensure smooth system functioning.
* Act as a key user for inventory and store-related modules. 4. Process Discipline & Improvement
* Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows for better productivity.
* Ensure process compliance across all store functions.
* Maintain proper documentation and system records. 5. Coordination Across Departments
* Work closely with:
* Procurement for timely material availability
* Production for consumption planning
* Finance for inventory reconciliation
* Ensure alignment and smooth communication across teams. 6. Training & System Adoption
* Train store staff and users on processes and system usage.
* Ensure all team members follow correct workflows in Dynamics 365.
* Support onboarding of new employees in store functions. 7. Reporting & Control
* Prepare regular reports on:
* Inventory levels and consumption
* Stock discrepancies
* Process performance
* Provide updates and insights to the Operational Head.
* Maintain high standards of data accuracy and reporting discipline. Candidate Profile Experience
* 6–12 years of experience in:
* Stores / Warehouse / Inventory Management
* Experience in manufacturing setup with high material consumption
