Graduate Engineering Trainee
- Sales (Industrial Automation) In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring customers, and converting leads into orders across industrial automation solutions. You will actively engage with customers, understand their requirements, propose suitable solutions, and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets while building strong and long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and sales presentations Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions Generate enquiries, prepare commercial offers, and close orders Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, end customers, and channel partners Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline Track activities in CRM and ensure accurate forecasting Continuously explore recent markets, industries, and applications Monitor competitor activities and mark Our requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related fields) with 0–1 year of experience in Sales Strong passion for B2B sales and business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Basic understanding of industrial applications is an advantage Willingness to travel extensively Location: Noida and Gurugram Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mt0ar
